The agent of CSKA Moscow forward Keisuke Honda says a move to England could be on in January.
The Japan international is a target for Arsenal and Liverpool.
And Honda's agent Kees Ploegsma told talkSPORT: "Honda will be staying in Russia until at least January.
"When a big club comes in he will want to leave but at the moment that has not happened.
"There were opportunities to move but he has not had the offer from a top club, which is what we want.
"A lot of managers will be watching him after he played so well at the World Cup - now they can watch him more for CSKA and hopefully they will decide to try and do something in January."
