RBS Declared Winner, Gillette-Hicks Ousted

The decision was long awaited and fans erupted in joy all around the world as judge announced the verdict in favour of RBS. So as it stands, Gillette and Hicks have lost the case and the sale will go through now. This is a historic day for Liverpool FC.
Hicks and Gillette have 72 hours to file an appeal and i hope they just walk away now. More to follow later.
