Huang Was Ready To Bid For Liverpool

Kenny Huang remained interested in buying Liverpool up until yesterday, it has been revealed. The Sun says the Chinese businessman must rely on the High Court delivering a KO to the New England Sports Ventures' £300million bid for the club. And even then Huang would only have a slender chance of resurrecting his own bid. Huang, chairman of the Hong Kong-based QSL Sports Group, tried to buy the club in the summer, but pulled out after becoming disillusioned with the pace of the deal. There were suggestions on Tuesday night that Huang could still make a last-ditch return.
