The 21-year old Hungarian striker will undergo a medical on Saturday before completing a deal worth just over £1million.
“Olympiakos C.F.P announces a deal with Liverpool for the acquisition of Hungarian international player, Krisztian Nemeth, who will sign a three-year contact with the club," the Piraeus team announced.
The Reds, however, will keep 25% of Nemeth’s rights and will get a cut of the sale if he happens to move on in the future.
Nemeth has experience in the Greek competition, spending part of last season on loan with Olympiakos’ rivals AEK Athens.
