Lukaku Agent Confirms Liverpool Interest

Liverpool are amongst a handful of clubs who have made an enquiry over Romelu Lukaku, according to the player's agent.
The 17-year-old striker has emerged as one of the hottest prospects in European football after a breakout year at Anderlecht, and new Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson is thought to be one of the bosses after the player's services.
Lukaku scored 15 goals in 25 Belgian first division games, producing a string of goals in the later stages of the season to help the purple and white's to the title. With 19 goals in 39 total appearances thus far, Lukaku has set a breathtaking standard for a teenager.
Dick Advocat even called the youngster up to the senior national side for the friendly with Croatia in February, but Lukaku did not feature in the match for his country.
Givemefootball reported last week that Liverpool, Real Madrid and Chelsea were keen on the player, but now representative Christophe Henrotay has added Barcelona and Bayern Munich to the list of potential suitors.
"I have spoken with Real, yes, but I have also spoken with people from Bayern, Liverpool and Barcelona," Henrotay was reported as saying in Spanish paper Marca.
"These clubs are monitoring Romelu, but that does not mean they want to sign him immediately."
Chelsea's Ivorian striker Didier Drogba has reportedly urged Lukaku to make a move to Stamford Bridge, but competition will remain fierce between Europe's elite until the youngster officially signs for another club.
For now, Lukaku has declared his desire to stay at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium and enjoy some Champions League football under Ariƫl Jacobs.
