There is interest in David Ngog however this interest was believed to be in a loan capacity however rumour has it that Liverpool are interested in letting the Frenchman go permanently. Tabloid reports are saying that Ngog will be sold for £6m in order to raise further transfer funds for Roy Hodgson to make the transfer that he wants, with the striker not in his plans?
I've been a firm believer that I thought loaning Ngog to a Premier League club would be a good thing to do but in my honest opinion, even though I think the French U21 international will become a good striker, if we're offered £6m then I don't think we could turn this down really could we.
However with West Brom, Newcastle and PSV Eindhoven believed to be the interested sides I'm not sure we'd be offered half that much for Ngog let along the full amount so a loan move away from Anfield would be the only thing I see happening, if it happens at all.
