Blackpool Fear Torres Backlash

Ian Holloway is hoping Fernando Torres will struggle to recover from his current dry spell when Liverpool take on Blackpool. Liverpool's normally prolific striker has only netted once in six domestic outings this season, leading to questions over when he will overcome his current malaise. But ahead of the Tangerines' visit to Anfield on Sunday, 'Ollie' fears that the Spain international will begin to find his feet and firing on all cylinders despite a frustrating 90 minutes against Utrecht in the Europa League earlier this week. He said: ''When you get into one of these ruts it is hard for any player, especially one of the best in the world, to cope with. ''I am in awe of him. He is a total threat. I hope his lack of form will continue against us but I don't believe that for a minute.''
