Swiss wonderkid Xherdan
Shaqiri wants Roy Hodgson to
revive a dream move to Liverpool.
The teenager who stunned
England with a glorious strike in
the midweek Euro 2012 qualifier
thought he was heading to
Anfield in the summer.
But that was before the dismissal
of ex-Kop boss Rafa Benitez,
who'd tracked the versatile
forward at Basel last season.
Shaqiri has just a season left on
his contract at the Swiss club and
is available for a cut-price £2m in
January, says the News of the
World.
