The Portuguese youth international scored and had an inspired game as the young Reds gave a superb account of themselves.
Gerardo Bruna played his first game of pre-season and scored a well taken goal, and Danish youngster Nicolaj Kohlert also found the net.
"I am absolutely delighted with the lads and they did so well against Oldham's virtual first team," coach John McMahon told Liverpoolfc.tv.
"There was some very good performances and we did well as a team. It's a great sign for the future."
