Peter Crouch To Return To Anfield

Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson is said to be considering a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Peter Crouch.

The England international and Nice prospect Loic Remy are on the new Anfield manager's short list of targets as he seeks to boost his attacking options, according to The Sunday Times.
A move for Remy could already be too late as West Ham United close in on a move for the 23-year-old France international.
Arsenal and Tottenham have also shown interest in Remy, while Lyon have first option on their former player, but only the Hammers have offered an amount that is acceptable to his French club.
Crouch is also likely to attract plenty of suitors if Spurs show willingness to sell the 6ft 7in handful of a striker.
Rafa Benitez sold Crouch to Portsmouth two years ago when the former Aston Villa man was struggling to hold down a first-team place.
